Our contact information and our typical processes for sending gages in for service and onsite scheduling has changed to help us be more efficient internally and easier for customers to contact us.
We moved away from individual email toward group emails, as responsibilities/ tasks change for individuals.

Our typical processes:

Onsite Calibration Request
Email the scheduling group with your gage list. The scheduling group reviews the request and works with you to schedule a date.
We schedule onsite calibrations about 6 weeks in advance. We encourage customers to notify and send their list to scheduling 2 months in advance.

Shipping Items to J&J
Notify the scheduling group via email about the shipment (optional).
The service estimate is sent to you from the accounting group.
You provide approval to the accounting group. Once the approval notice is received from the customer, items are serviced in the order determined by the approval date.

Expedite Service at J&J
Before sending your items, reach out to the scheduling department to verify the availability of expedited services and arrange a schedule.
Standard expedited service involves shipping within 2 days and delivery on the 3rd day.
All expedited services require approval and must be processed through the scheduling group. Technicians are not permitted to guarantee lead-times.
